End-User Licence Agreement

1. The licence

Speakers 2.0 ("the Software") is sold by comix.studio, a trade name of the developer, as a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your personal or commercial music production use. One purchase covers your own machines.

2. What you may do

Install and use the Software on computers you own or control. Use it in commercial recordings, releases, and live performance with no additional fee or royalty.

3. What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or your licence key; reverse-engineer, decompile, or repackage the Software except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Payment, VAT & refunds

Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, who collects and remits applicable VAT and appears on your statement. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase — email support@comix.studio.

5. Updates

Free updates across the 2.x line are included. Major future versions may be offered as paid upgrades at a loyal-customer price.

6. Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
